Refund Policy

 

Order Cancellations:
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. A $5 restocking fee applies.

Non-Returnable Items:
For safety and hygiene, the following cannot be returned: cosmetics, personal care items, consumables, beauty products, creams, serums, oils, grooming tools, bath and oral care products, fragrances, jewelry, and intimate items. No refunds for change of mind. Results may vary, so satisfaction cannot be guaranteed.

Returns for Unused Items:
Unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Contact support first before returning any items.

Damaged or Defective Products:
If your product arrives damaged or defective, email support@CharmingCacti.com with your order number and a photo. We will assess and resolve the issue promptly.
